Engineering Manager

Looking to speak with Engineering managers based in either Limerick, Galway or Shannon who are happy to work out of Shannon. This is a fantastic role to further improve your management responsabilities with future expansion planned on this team over the next couple of years. you will be instrumental in both the day to day management of the team while also planning resources, projects and assisting in future expansion. This is a role where you will be interfacing with multiple teams in the R&d space across Software, Hardware and production.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an engineering capacity across either Software, Hardware or mechanical in a R&D Industry
• Previous experience in managing teams of 20+
• The ability to balance People management on the day-to-day while also hands on work when required
• Experience in working with cross functional teams through planning, execution and resourcing
• Managing budgets and resources
